Yes, it's been covered in another thread. Essentially, Eddie Olmos is directing this two-hour movie about the Cylon's point of view throughout the storyline of the show, or something to that effect. Some hope it will provide a little more ret-con without amping the bad writing factor. Not many of the Human characters are in it. Seems low on the special effects scale. Mostly looks like Cylon Homeworld 90210.

So watching bad SciFi this weekend they had a short advertisement for something called BSG: The Plan anyone hear of this or know what it's about??
